Employment scheme for people with complex mental health needs which places clients directly into open employment. TANS is a vegetarian restaurant with service user involvement. There is a user run cafe on the St George's Park site. There is an environmental project for service users in supported employment and a supported workshop producing high quality garden furniture and equipment. Referral can be made through the Specialist Mental Health Service (Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust)
