The Jubilee Institute is a community centre for the people of Rothbury, the wider community of Upper Coquetdale and visitors to the area. It has a number of rooms and halls and is equipped with film projection and computer facilities. It is a charitable organisation.
The Institute is regularly used by young people's groups, adult classes, drama groups, etc., and for events such as parties, conferences and concerts. A community cinema is also located here (see www.rothburycinema.com).
