What is Cardiac Rehabilitation?
Cardiac Rehabilitation is a programme of health advice, psychological support and exercise provided free of charge as part of your NHS care. Clinically proven to aid recovery following any cardiac event i.e. Heart attack or heart surgery, it has been shown to lower your risk factor and reduce the chances of suffering further events.
