Community Enterprise working with around 40 people with learning disabilities helping them to develop confidence and daily life skills and teaching them about running a small business. They order, sort and deliver vegetable and fruit baskets for people living in the Berwick, Amble, Kelso and Cornhill areas. They also provide Personal Interest Groups giving people an opportunity to try something new such as photography and Moving On programmes which are aimed at enabling young adults to live more independently--including Health and Safety, money matters, relationships etc. In addition they now run a Drop-in Project in Berwick Parish Church Hall which is organised by members and a qualified tutor. Tuesday Drop-in Project
A community project which provides a safe and welcoming place for vulnerable adults to meet on a regular basis to develop friendships and shared interests. This runs once a month at the Berwick Parish Church Hall. There is a small charge for refreshments and inter-active workshops.
