We provide Supported Sheltered Housing for residents over the age of 55yrs. We enable residents to remain living independently by offering support that other sheltered housing providers cannot match.
Two home cooked meals are provided each day in our dining room often using locally sourced produce. Breakfast items are provided to enjoy at your leisure in your private en-suite room.
Our house has friendly onsite experienced staff 7 days a week, and a link to 24hr emergency response should it been needed.
We remove all the daily worries of running your own home only leaving the responsibility of paying your phone bill or Sky TV package. All other charges are met by your monthly rent which can be subsidised by housing benefit.
We also offer respite in our fully furnished room and this can be booked for a maximum of 14 nights in any one period.
If you require assistance with other daily tasks, you can arrange for a private carer/cleaner to visit you daily, or on an as and when basis.
If you are not ready for a residential home but feel you require a little extra support, please contact us to arrange a visit and complementary meal.
