The National Trust Tyne Valley Assocation acts as a forum for NT members (including Scottish) and NT Volunteers from the Southwest of Northumberland and Newcastle enabling them to get together socially and educationally. From September to May each year we meet on the 3rd. Monday of the month at the Trinity Methodist Hall in Hexham for talks on topics of interest to our members and other social activities (see Events for details). In the summer we arrange a variety 'Day' and 'Holiday visits' to places of interest. In addition we provide financial support to NT properties in the NE from any excess funds raised during the year from our Events and Trips.
We are a relatively small group but are keen to increase our membership as it is only by doing so can we further all of our aims. Our Annual Subscription is currently £15.00 for a 'family' or £10.00 for 'single' membership with a 50% reduction for the first year for those joining for the first time.
