The National Trust Tyne Valley Assocation acts as a forum for NT members (including Scottish) and NT Volunteers from the South and West of Northumberland to get together socially and educationally. During the winter months (when most NT properties are closed) our group meets on the 3rd. Monday of the month in Hexham to hear talks on topics of interest to our members and to participate in other social activities. In the summer we arrange a variety of trips (both Day and Holiday) to places of interest. In addition we provide financial support for NT properties in the NE from any excess funds raised during the year from our Events and Trips.
We are a relatively small group but are keen to increase our membership as it is only be doing so can we further all of our aims. Our Annual Subscription is currently £12.00 for a 'family' or £8.00 for 'single' membership with a 50% reduction for the first year for those joining for the first time.
