Organisation Requirements
If you meet the following conditions then you could qualify for membership to Northumberland Life:
- You, or your organisation is based in Northumberland
- You, or your organisation operate for the clear benefit of the local community
- You, or your organisation comply with the current Terms & Conditions document
Application Forms
Copies of the current application form and the terms and conditions of membership are available as follows:
- An electronic version can be downloaded and then printed out from our documents page
- We can post you a copy (complete with a freepost return envelope) if you:

After reading the terms and conditions, simply print out, complete and sign the application form and post it back to us at:
