Druridge Bay Country Park

Druridge Bay Country Park includes three miles of
beautiful beach and sand dunes, plus a large lake
surrounded by woods and meadows. The variety of
surroundings means you are sure of an enjoyable
visit whatever the time of year.
The 518 bus service between Morpeth and Alnwick
stops at Hadston. There is a 10 minute walk to
Druridge Bay Country Park from Hadston Village.

•  Saturday, September 13, 2008Northumberland Triathlon Festival: This is the fourth year, for this exciting weekend event taking place in and around the park. This year the Triathlon is making its debut at national level. Saturday Junior Biathlon race and climaxing with the Adult Triathlon race on the Sunday, Bigger & Better! Cost: Free for Spectators Accessible. For the very fit only and those who have trained. Spectators welcome.  
•  Sunday, October 26, 2008Bird feeder making : 10.30 am & 1.30 pm (2 x 1.5 hrs Sessions. Make your own bird feeder for your garden birds Age:8 upwards
