Alnwick Library

Alnwick Library is located on Green Batt, just outside the town wall. The library has books for adults, teenagers and children, DVDs and CDs, newspapers and magazines, audiobooks, a local and family history section and a microfilm reader.

• 21 May 2012 - Alnwick Library: Stories, rhymes & crafts: Come and join Helen for an afternoon of stories, rhymes and crafts for babies and toddlers. For children aged 6 months to 3 years, and their parents or carers. Every Monday afternoon during term time

• 25 May 2012 - Alnwick Library: Karen Charlton - ‘Catching the Eagle’ : Celebrate Local History Month and join local author Karen Charlton who will be discussing her true crime novel, 'Catching the Eagle' and her family's involvement in the robbery at Kirkley Hall. Signed copies of 'Catching the Eagle' will be available to purchase. Tickets £2 including a glass of wine & nibbles. Please contact Alnwick Library 01665 602689 to book a seat

• 26 May 2012 - Alnwick Library: Jubilee Crafts and Stories: Celebrate the Jubilee by taking part in a craft activity and storytime for children aged between 4 and 8.
