Description:	Weekly health walks for the local community based in Morpeth, Ashington, Newbiggin-by-the-Sea and Widdrington. In 2011 we plan to offer walks in Bedlington and Ponteland. Walks are designed to encourage people to improve their health and socialise with others. We are currently looking for volunteer walk leaders. Training is offered.
