Description:	Changing Lives North of Tyne is a lottery funded service jointly managed by Momentum Skills and the Stroke Association. We support people with brain injury and neurological conditions to access activities in their local community. As part of our service we are looking to support the BearAhead group to run activities. We are looking for a group facilitation volunteer to support this work.
