Age Concern Resource Centre - The Roundhouse

An informal center to cater for people over the age of 50.
Activities include Dancercise, Pilates, Seated exercise, Qi gong, Singing for the over 50’s, Zumba gold, Knitting and Crocheting , Line dancing, Exercise to music, Gentle walks and Nordic walking.
A monthly foot care clinic and weekly holistic therapies including reflexology and a range of massages.
